NO! Our rates are all-inclusive. The space, equipment, seamless paper, and amenities all come included. If your shoot runs into overtime, those hours are billed at the same rate per hour as your original booking. If the studio requires significant cleaning after your booking, a cleaning fee may be added.

We require payment up front to book the studio. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the start of the booking you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the booking you will receive a 50% refund. We do not issue refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the booking. Bookings start at the time of the reservation. If you arrive late and need to extend your booking past the scheduled end time, that will count as overtime.

The studio is open for bookings 24 hours.

We always guarantee the availability of different colors in Studio D. If you want a specific color, we charge a service fee of $150 to ensure that this color is available for you at the time of your booking (Studio D only). We require at least one week to procure the color. Requests for a specific color must be made in writing by email to studio@orlandorentalstudio.com. Requests made on the booking form will not be processed. Seamless paper is only guaranteed in Studio D.

Bring whatever equipment you would like into the studio, even rented equipment from other studios and rental houses. We do not charge for any outside equipment brought to the studio. We'll even arrange to assist with rental equipment drop off and pick up at no additional charge.

We are located on ground level. We suggest utilizing the street parking directly in front of the studio for loading and unloading equipment.

There is free street parking directly in front of the studio and on the corner off of Colonial Drive. Overflow parking is in concord rd.

Sorry, we don't employ any photographers. We only rent our space.

In the event of cancellation by us (we reserve the right to cancel. Reasons may include: technical errors, calendar conflicts, non-payment of the booking, and other unforeseen events—this list is not exhaustive). We will not cover any costs that may be incurred by the renter as a result. This includes costs for makeup artists, hairdressers, photographers, rented equipment, or other costs not listed here.

The following is a list of items that are prohibited inside any of our studios:
Paint of any kind.
Open flames or equipment that produces high heat. This includes cigarettes, smoke bombs or any type of fireworks or candles.
No swimming pools or large quantities of water that could cause a flood.Â
Glitter.
Silly String.
No oil-based liquids or materials such as fake blood, slime, or cake frosting.
No firearms, knives or weapons of any kind.
Powdered Paint, Chalk or any other flour-like substance. These types of materials get stuck inside our equipment and cause internal damage over time.Â
Confetti.
Champagne or bottles that will be used to be sprayed inside the studio.

The cyclorama wall and especially the floor are very sensitive and require special care. Therefore, the following is prohibited on the white part of the studio:
1. Entering with dirty shoes.
2. Any kind of food/drinks/alcohol/water/liquids.
3. Any kind of paint.
4. Open flames or devices that generate intense heat. This includes cigarettes, smoke bombs, or any type of fireworks or candles.
5. Swimming pools or large amounts of water that could cause flooding.
6. Glitter.
7. Silly string.
8. No oil-based liquids or materials such as fake blood, slime, or cake frosting.
9. No firearms, knives, or weapons of any kind.
10. Powder paint, chalk, or other flour-like substances. These materials get stuck in our equipment and cause internal damage over time.
11. Confetti.
12. Champagne or bottles to be sprayed in the studio.
13. Tap dancing.
14. Dancing, sports, running or training in high heels.
