FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

 

1.  Are there any hidden costs?

NO!  Our rates are all-inclusive.  The space, equipment, seamless paper, and amenities all come included.  If your shoot runs into overtime, those hours are billed at the same rate per hour as your original booking.  If the studio requires significant cleaning after your booking, a cleaning fee may be added.

2.  What is your cancellation policy?

We require payment up front to book the studio.  If you cancel more than 48 hours before the start of the booking you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the booking you will receive a 50% refund.  We do not issue refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the booking.  Bookings start at the time of the reservation.  If you arrive late and need to extend your booking past the scheduled end time, that will count as overtime.

3.  During what hours am I able to shoot?

The studio is open for bookings 24 hours.

4.  What colors of seamless paper do you keep in stock?

We always guarantee availability of Super White, Black, and Fashion Grey. Various colors are available for use but specific colors are not guaranteed. If you would like to request a certain color, we charge a $75 service fee to arrange to have a certain color for you on hand at the time of your booking.

5.  Can I bring outside equipment?

Bring whatever equipment you would like into the studio, even rented equipment from other studios and rental houses.  We do not charge for any outside equipment brought to the studio.  We'll even arrange to assist with rental equipment drop off and pick up at no additional charge.

6. Is there a freight elevator?

We are located on ground level. We suggest utilizing the street parking directly in front of the studio for loading and unloading equipment.

7.  Where can I park?

There is free street parking directly in front of the studio and on the corner off of Colonial Drive.  If you prefer the convenience of parking on site, please email/call to inquire.

8.  Where can I order food?

One of the best parts about Downtown Orlando is the thriving food scene!

9.  I forgot a piece of equipment - where should I go?

For equipment, camera rentals and expendables purchases we recommend Colonial Photo & Hobby (4 blocks away).

For lighting and equipment rentals we recommend ProGearOrlando.com

10.  Do you do family portrait sessions?

Sorry, we don't employ any photographers.  We only rent our space.

11.  Can I book for less than 2 hours?

No, there is a 2 hour minimum on all bookings.  You do not have to use up all 2 hours, but that is our minimum to make a reservation.
