Service Description
Centrally located in Downtown Orlando, our B studio is designed like a blank canvas to provide you with a space that is flexible, giving you control of the creative environment you need. With plenty of backdrop options including a seamless cyclorama wall and grip equipment on site, we offer essential resources for any type of production. This studio features a designated makeup station and boutique style fitting room. With large north-west facing windows, we are one of the only studios in Orlando with a designated daylight area. We provide a clean environment and our clients enjoy our willingness to make the space work for their project. There is no fee for bringing in outside equipment. Please review our studio rental policy and studio rules prior to making your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
By booking and paying, you agree to the following: Overtime: All sessions must be completely wrapped (gear packed, trash removed) by the end of the booking. Any time overstayed will result in a 1-hour overtime charge at the standard rate. Overtime requires manager approval. Payment & Cancellation: Full payment is required to guarantee a reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund; otherwise, the fee is forfeited. The studio reserves the right to cancel bookings and is not liable for any resulting renter costs (e.g., crew or equipment). Conduct: No illegal drugs or indoor smoking. Renters must not disturb neighboring tenants with excessive noise. Damage & Cleaning: The premises must be returned in good condition. Renters are liable for the full repair or replacement cost of any damage beyond normal wear and tear, as well as cleaning fees if the studio is left disorganized. Liability & Insurance: Use of the studio is at your own risk. The Owner is not liable for injuries, theft, or property damage. Renters are advised to carry their own insurance. The studio is under 24-hour video surveillance, and the Owner may enter at any time. Legal: Renters indemnify the Owner against all claims arising from studio use. Renters are responsible for all collection costs and legal fees for unpaid balances.
